What is a Coffee Sampling?
A chance to experience a number of our delicious coffee's out of unlabeled air pots. With the happy smiling group filling out a rating form for each blend to determine their favorites. Palate cleansing treats help to refresh the samplers.
Who provides and maintains the Coffee Brewer Equipment?
With most customers St. Croix Coffee & Tea provides all the necessary beverage equipment and perform required maintenance and repair service at no cost to the customer.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee for general delivery. Special delivery fees may apply if outside of the normal delivery cycle.
Where do you deliver?
The bulk of our delivered to customers reside in the Twin Cities and surrounding outer ring suburbs, we do have routes East into Western Wisconsin, South to Northfield, MN, West to Delano, and North to Duluth/Two Harbors area.
How do I place orders?
We send email order requests with an Order Guide to many of our customers and they respond with their product order. Some customers like to call us with orders, and others prefer to have us come and refresh their product supplies to an appropriate level.
Do you provide items for our Break Room?
In addition to coffee and the general supplies like cups, creamers, sweeteners and stir sticks; we provide usable products like paper plates, bowls, paper towels and napkins, hot chocolate and hot cider. We also provide soft drinks by the can, juice and bottled water, trays of bakery cookies, cases of various individual chips, and many additional items.
What if I have a Special one-time Order?
We welcome special orders. $150 minimum order is all we need to supply your event.
How soon can I get my Coffee Service Started?
Depending on your equipment needs it can take a few days or up to 2 weeks to get a coffee station installation scheduled and completed.
What are the Payment Terms?
Our payment terms are a net 30 days.
Can we use Auto-Pay with our Company Credit Card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
